Overview

We are looking for experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team of professionals at Crossvale. The Sales Representative will be responsible for targeting and gaining key accounts, building relationships with new clients, and uncovering new opportunities.


This individual’s responsibilities will include developing long-term relationships with clients, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The individual will liaise between customers and the company to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services and solutions according to client needs. This individual will need to be a team player and have great interpersonal and communication skills. This position has high income potential for the individual who is willing to put in the work.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, assessment, proposal and closing.
  • Consistently communicate with Senior Management to understand their needs and help gain advantages for future business opportunities.
  • Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
  • Prospect new accounts and call/meet potential customers to establish potential client's needs and timeframes.
  • Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
  • Improve client satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.
  • Prepare presentations, sales information, proposals and demos to prospects/clients.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience prospecting and  building a network for new business opportunities and referrals.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques
  • Strong technical and business knowledge in the Information Technology and Services Industry.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Certifications in  Red Hat, Splunk, and/or other sales certifications is preferred but not required.
