We are looking for experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Sr. Account Executives to join our
growing team of professionals at Crossvale, Inc. The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for
targeting and gaining key accounts, building relationships with new clients, and uncovering new
opportunities. This position has high income potential for the individual who is willing to put in the work.


The Account Executive’s responsibilities will include developing long-term relationships with clients, and
connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The individual will liaise between customers
and the company to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services and solutions according to
client needs. This individual will need to be a team player and have great interpersonal and
communication skills.


  • Effectively communicate the Crossvale value proposition and the four pillars of excellence to
  • prospects.
  • Organize regular client meetings and deliver presentations that address their requirements.
  • Prepare presentations, sales information, demonstrations and proposals to prospects/clients.
  • Build a sales pipeline from within a territory by identifying, developing and managing sales opportunities from concept to fruition.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to advance opportunities toward revenue generation.
  • Provide accurate documented updates on account status and progress.
  • Consistently communicate with Senior Management to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Maintain awareness of developments in the industry and with competitors.
  • Include support resources at important stages of account development.
  • Involve executive resources when peer level alignment is necessary.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and trust with accurate and timely responses and anticipating customer needs.
  • Continuously improve skills and techniques through research and training, and attend formal skills development sessions approved and suggested by management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with proven success.
  • Proven experience prospecting and developing enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing techniques.
  • Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals.
  • Strong technical and business knowledge in the Information Technology and Services Industry.
  • Experience positioning solutions for digital transformation, cloud computing, middleware.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Certifications in  Red Hat, Splunk, and/or other sales certifications is preferred.
